Welcome to Tend Twig’s FAQ page! We’ve compiled answers to common questions about our premium plants, shipping policies, and gardening support. Whether you’re curious about our Acer collection or need help with an order, you’ll find nurturing answers here.

About Our Plants

What types of plants does Tend Twig specialize in?
We cultivate a carefully curated selection of ornamental trees (like our Acer platanoides), flowering perennials (including Agapanthus and Achillea), and unique groundcovers (such as Ajuga). Our menu reflects our passion for diverse species with special attention to Acer varieties.
Are your plants suitable for beginner gardeners?
Absolutely! Each plant ships with detailed care instructions. We recommend starting with hardy varieties like Alchemilla mollis or Aegopodium if you’re new to gardening. Our Albizia and Akebia may require slightly more experience.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Every plant is:
– Hand-inspected by our Maryland horticulture team
– Wrapped in eco-friendly protective materials
– Labeled with species-specific care guides
– Packaged to prevent soil spillage while allowing airflow
